Planning and Road Asset Management Centre (PRAMC) was established by PWD vide Government Order No. PWD/11/EAP/2011 dated 23.08.2012 with Engineer-In-Chief as the administrative and professional Head of the PRAMC. PRAMC is a cohesive central office with functions like Planning, Budgeting, Programming, Road safety, Information Technology support and Training support across whole of PWD.
